Dr. Clint Watkins

Dr. Clint Watkins was born in southern California and moved around a lot as a child. The family moved to the Excelsior Springs area when he was ten years old. He played football and ran track at Excelsior Springs High School which he graduated from in 1994. He married his wife Elena in 1997 and attended Missouri State University for his undergraduate work. In 2001 he was accepted into the veterinary program at the University of Missouri in Columbia which he graduated from in 2005. After working for almost 2 years at Gladstone Animal Clinic he opened Vintage Plaza Veterinary Hospital in his home town of Excelsior Springs. He has three children, Samantha, Gabriel, and Elijah. He currently has a German Shepherd named Steve. When not in the office he enjoys working on classic cars, martial arts, and spending time with his family.
